Weathered into the coastal landscape the rammed earth walls provide a minimal footprint on the environment. The Architect chose rammed earth walls to make the building feel like a seaside relic. The coastal environment will fade the rammed earth walls and timber of the building. But this weathered look only enhances the facade and design, thanks to the groups rammed earth construction.
